They were designed and developed around 1920 by the manufacturer Symons, for this reason many are called Symons crushers.

Normally used in secondary or tertiary crushing in the crushing flow in quarries and very often for crushing oversized in gravel pits.

We design, produce and offer consultancy for any type of cone crusher, even in situations where you do not know the manufacturer.

All parts are completely interchangeable with parts of known brands of cone crushers: Sandvik, Metso, Svedala, Continental, Terex, Symons, Romanian cone crushers, GR600, GR900 or GR1250.

The wear elements are cast from 14%Mn, 18%Mn or 21%Mn manganese steel and we will make sure to choose the right material for your application so you can get the LOWEST COST PER TON OF CRUSHED STONE.

We provide you with all available crushing chambers: Extra Fine, Fine, Medium Fine, Medium, Medium Coarse, Coarse, Extra Coarse. We will provide the necessary consultation in choosing the right configuration so that you can obtain the desired grain size.

We know that sometimes delivery times are a priority for you. So that, for the most common crushers, you will find the necessary parts available in our stock, so that you do not have unplanned downtimes and implicitly considerable losses.
